The 133rd Canton Fair of Guangzhou
As one of the world's largest comprehensive international trade exhibitions, The 133rd China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) attracts many enterprises to participate in the exhibition every year and showcase their latest products and technologies.
The 133rd Canton Fair is held in three phases from April 15 to May 5 in three phases of online and offline integration. Phase I (April 15-19): Electronics and Home Appliances, Lighting, Vehicles and Accessories, Machinery, Hardware Tools, Building Materials, Chemical Products, Energy; Phase II (April 23-27): Daily Consumer Goods, Gifts, Home Decorations; Phase III（May 1-5）: Textiles and garments, shoes, office bags and leisure goods, medicine and healthcare, food. This year's Canton Fair fully resumed offline exhibitions, using a new venue with an area of 100,000 square meters for the first time, attracting buyers from more than 200 countries and regions, and nearly 35,000 enterprises participated offline, and the exhibition area and the number of exhibitors reached a record high. It is reported that as the largest edition in history, the total exhibition area of this Canton Fair has increased from 1.18 million square meters to 1.5 million square meters, and the number of booths has increased from 60,000 to nearly 70,000. The number of offline exhibitors increased from 25,000 to 34,933, with more than 9,000 new exhibitors and 39,281 online exhibitors.
According to the Canton Fair News Center, the first launch of new products is a significant highlight of this Canton Fair. According to preliminary statistics, there are more than 300 online and offline new product launch activities, involving industrial manufacturing, electronic home appliances, building materials and home improvement, hardware tools, home consumption, fashion life, health and leisure, etc. On the online platform, because there is no space limit for online exhibitions, there are more than 3 million exhibits on display, including 800,000 new products labeled by enterprises, 500,000 green and low-carbon products, and 130,000 smart products. At the same time, new energy products (mainly photovoltaic industry, wind power industry, hydrogen energy industry, new energy vehicle industry.)are an important development trend and a hot booth at the Canton Fair. The most attractive products are new energy vehicles, drones, and self-driving cars, which has made many buyers consult related products.
