Wooden Door Seal Test Report: TPE Sealing Strip RoHS Compliance

To verify the material composition of the sealing strip used in our door products, Zonle Doors arranged third-party testing of a TPE elastomeric sealing strip. The test was conducted by Shanghai Weipu Testing Technology Group Co., Ltd., with the report issued under Report No. SHA03-25054997-JC-01.

The test results showed that the tested TPE sealing strip met the specified limits of the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment Directive (EU) 2015/863 for the substances covered by the test.

What did the TPE door seal test report verify?

The test verified the levels of restricted substances in a TPE elastomeric sealing strip. Lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)), PBBs, PBDEs, and four specified phthalates were all reported as N.D. (Not Detected). What Substances Were Tested?

The test focused on restricted substances commonly addressed under RoHS requirements.

The laboratory tested the following substance groups:

Test Results: All Specified Substances Not Detected

The laboratory results reported N.D. (Not Detected) for all of the tested restricted substances.

For the four heavy metals, the report recorded:
