Project introduction:

Wanke Fifth Park is the primary product of Guangxi Vanke high-end improvement department and the fourth fifth park in China.  Located in the north of Nanning East Railway Station, at the intersection of Kunling Road and Nakuang Road,it is a low-density ecological high-end residential area focused on by the government.The natural landscape resources around the project are rich, surrounded by eight size parks, and surrounded by the Nakao River water system in the north.  The project has developed traffic network and is close to the extension line of Metro Line 5. After the opening of Hepo Road, it will direct to Fengling.

There is a kindergarten to a senior high school in the neighborhood, enjoying full-age supporting education and international high-end health care and medical resources. Solution:

Due to the complexity of the reconstruction project, the preliminary construction progress is slow. From May to October 2021, only 4073 doors will be delivered, and about 3000 doors will be delivered at the end of the year. The delivery pressure is unprecedented and almost impossible to complete.  After repeated discussions and consultations with Vanke, Zonle Door set up Vanke project operation scheduling command center.
