Project introduction: Spanish Garden is close to Lianhua Road Station of Metro Line 1, with a total construction area of 220,000 square meters. There is a special passage directly connected to the subway station in the community, and many bus lines pass by, and the traffic is convenient. Surrounding banks, hospitals, post offices, shopping malls and other supporting facilities. The Spanish garden plan consists of 19 multi-storey buildings and 23 small high-rise buildings to form a closed community.

2.Project Challenge and solution:

In this project, we provided 3365 wooden doors. The main size of wooden door is 850*2050mm, 900*2100mm, 1000*2200mm, 1200*2450mm...Due to the fact that the customer requested too many sizes, and the door opening size is complicated. The dimensions of the wooden door may not match the size of the door opening, resulting in incorrect installation. The solution is that we arrange for professionals to re-size the door opening and trim the size of the wooden door according to the actual situation to ensure that it matches the door opening.

4. Execution process: The installation steps of the wooden door are generally as follows:

(1) Confirm the size and position of the door. Use the measuring tool inside the doorway to measure the width and height of the doorway, making sure that the size of the door matches the size of the opening, and that the position of the door is aligned with the opening.

(2) Install the door frame. First place the door frame in the door opening, check if the door frame is horizontal and use screws to fix it to the wall.

(3) Install the door leaf. Insert the door leaf into the door frame to make sure the door leaf matches the door frame perfectly. Use screws to secure the door leaf to the door frame.

(4) Install door handles and locks. Depending on the type of door handle and lock, drill holes in the door leaf and install the door handle and lock.
