Project introduction: Poly Xiziwan is located at Ln 1188 Guangfulin Rd, Shanghai, Chinat. The project is surrounded by complete supporting facilities, not far from Poly Xiziwan, the new city central park, more than 2,000 meters long from east to west, more than 300 meters wide from north to south, with a total area of 660,000 square meters, is one of the largest urban parks in Shanghai.

2. Project Challenge and solution

In the process of installing the steel door, the power supply equipment of the community failed, resulting in the installation of the steel door being delayed. On the one hand, we have increased the number of installers. On the other hand, we have prepared a backup power supply. Finally, we completed the installation of the steel door on time.

3. Product characteristics 

We supplied 1345 galvanized steel doors, 234 zinc alloy doors and 1876 cold rolled steel doors in this project. The main sizes are 880*2150mm, 960*2150mm, 1180*2200mm, 1480*2400mm and so on.

Steel security doors are security doors used in homes, commercial and industrial buildings. They have a robust construction and high security to effectively prevent intrusion and theft. There are five main types of materials used to make steel doors:

1. Cold-rolled steel : cold-rolled steel has good surface finish and flatness, and is often used to make steel doors with high appearance requirements.

2. Hot-rolled steel : hot-rolled steel plate has high strength and toughness, and is often used to make steel doors with high safety requirements.

3. Stainless steel: stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and aesthetics, and is often used to make steel doors for special occasions such as fire doors and medical doors.

4. Galvanized steel : Galvanized steel sheet has good corrosion resistance and is often used to make steel doors in outdoor or humid environments.

5. Zinc alloy: Zinc alloy has low density and good corrosion resistance, and is often used to make high-end steel doors.

According to the specific use environment and requirements, different materials can be selected to make steel doors.

4.The installation steps of steel doors are generally as follows

(1) Prepare tools and materials: electric drill, electric hammer, screwdriver, expansion screw, wooden flute, adhesive, etc.

(2) Measure the size of the steel door and door frame, put the door frame in the door opening, adjust the horizontality of the door frame, and fix the door frame on the wall with expansion screws.

(3) Put the steel door on the door frame, check the fit between the door leaf and the door frame, drill according to the reserved screw hole on the door leaf, and fix the door leaf and the door frame with screws.

(4) Install door frame latches, hook buckles and door locks, the hardware on the door includes door locks, hinges, door suctions, door clamps, etc., and the installation should be carried out according to the operating instructions provided by the manufacturer.

(5) Install the lower seal of the door leaf and the upper top strip of the door frame, paste the seal and the top strip with adhesive, and insert the lower seal of the door leaf into the lower groove of the door frame to make it fit closely with the door frame.

(6) Install the door handle and door guard plate of the door leaf, the door guard plate is generally designed to prevent the steel plate on both sides of the door leaf from touching the door frame or wall.
