Project introduction: All villas in Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha are detached buildings with sizes ranging from 400sqm to 800sqm, totaling 136,000sqm, with 276 units, and the type of project is 2-storey detached villas. The development projects are all located in well-developed transportation areas, surrounded by perfect medical support, international schools, shopping centers, complete infrastructure, and obvious location advantages, which reflects the integration of the downtown and fully meets the living needs of the separation of static and dynamic.

Project Challenge and Solution:

In this project, Zonle doors company supplied 825pcs Wholesale Latest Design Entry Main Entrance Solid Wooden Doors and 2208pcs White Waterproof Interior Simple Hollow WPC Door of a finished size measurement, production, delivery, door installation, and testing. At the same time, Zonle doors company has been challenged.

Challenge: The contractor asked Zonle Doors company to deliver 2208pcs Hollow WPC Door and 825pcs Solid Wooden Doors within two months, the delivery time is urgent.

Solution: In order to complete the delivery on time, Zonle doors company added 6 wpc door production lines to increase production capacity. At the same time, Zonle doors company adjust the working hours of our employees and increase production time by working overtime.

Product characteristics and quality:

The Hollow WPC Door was used for this project and the door thickness was 40mm. Hollow WPC Door quick installation structure, installation time and labor-saving, the door set adopts the quick installation structure introduced from Germany, equipped with metal links, installation is extremely convenient.
