China's first domestically-built large cruise ship(H1508),The cruise ship named, "Adora Magic City," that with an overall length of 323.6 metres and a beam of 37.2 metres, the ship has 25 million parts, a total of 2,826 cabins and a maximum capacity of 5,246 passengers, among them, there are 2,125 passenger cabins, which are mainly of various types, such as balcony rooms, inner cabins, sea view rooms and suites, etc., in order to adapt to the different needs of passengers. Equipped with 31 sliding watertight doors and 12 marine watertight doors on decks A, B, C and D.
Firstly, in the bidding process, zonledoors and OUCO were well prepared to bid for the project with their greatest advantages and strongest price, and finally succeeded in winning the contract.
Because this is the first large cruise ship made and developed by Chinese, the engineering requirements are very strict and demanding.
Class A fireproof and soundproof doors must have 1.5 hours fireproof and 45 dB soundproof standard, wpc doors must be tested for waterproofing, watertight doors and marine waterproof doors must comply with the rules and indicators of the ship's class

This time, we use fully extruded wood-plastic doors, a total of 3200 pieces, used for the interior doors of the room, fully extruded compared with the stone plastic door is better waterproof, the door 45mm thick, 910mm high, for the long time in the sea ships have a longer service life, the lacquer surface looks more simple and noble, this door not only has all the advantages of the WPC material, but also meets the special needs of the shipbuilding door.
Class A soundproof fireproof door is used for the escape door of atrium, main dining room, deck bar and theatre, which is manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB12955-91, and passed the inspection of the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre for Fireproof Building Materials, the fire resistance limit reaches the requirement of Class A fireproofing, and it has got the Type Approval Certificate of Fire Protection Products Conformity Evaluation Centre of the Ministry of Public Security.
The cavity of the door body is filled with soundproof material, and the door is equipped with soundproof sealing strips all around, and the corners are firmly assembled; it adopts special hardware fittings, with good sealing degree of the door joints and high processing precision, and it has the two major functions of fireproofing and soundproofing.
Fire-resistant limit: Class A 1.5 hours, Class B 1 hour.
Sound insulation effect: good sound insulation effect, average sound insulation RW>=45dB.
Heat insulation effect: similar to the wall, it can keep the temperature difference between inside and outside more than 500℃.
Door frame: made of 1.2mm high-quality stainless steel plate, with the inner belly filled with flame-retardant insulation materials with a temperature resistance of more than 1200℃.
Door leaf: made of 0.8mm high-quality stainless steel, and the inner belly is filled with fire-retardant insulation material with a temperature resistance of more than 1200℃.
Fittings: use fireproof special fittings, such as handles, fire hinges, door closers.
A total of 31 watertight doors, the use of sliding watertight doors, the main material is aluminium, light weight, strong, impact resistance, fire retardant, sound insulation, high adiabatic strength. Marine watertight doors total 12 pieces, the main material is marine steel, waterproof and fireproof, light structure, easy to open and close.
