Project introduction: The ASB Green Valley Campus has two separate co-ed dormitories, the women's dormitory, a new modern building opening in April 2021, and the men's dormitory, which has been fully refurbished ahead of the start of the 2020-2021 academic year. Both halls of residence offer modern and comfortable accommodation for boarding students.
Project Challenge and Solution:
In this project, Zonle Doors Company supplied 164pcs Factory Wholesale Entrance Outdoor Security White Steel Door and 59pcs Other Exterior Exit Emergency Front Entry Firerated Steel Doors of a finished size measurement, production, delivery, door installation, and testing. At the same time, Zonle Doors company has been challenged.
Challenge: Language Barriers
Effective communication with local workers and suppliers presented language challenges. Clear communication was vital for a seamless workflow.
Solution: Zonle Doors company hired local translators and established a bilingual communication channel. Regular meetings and training sessions fostered a collaborative movement, enhancing overall efficiency.
Product characteristics and quality:
This project with the steel door material for the cold rolled steel, size 900mm * 2100mm, the thickness of the door frame is 1.5mm, the thickness of the door leaf steel plate is 0.8mm, the internal filler for the honeycomb paper, the hardware configuration of the 304 stainless steel hinges.
The difference between the security door and the fire door is that the main function of the security door is that the anti-prying and sealing performance is better. Although the fire door is also made of steel, the door panel is filled with fireproof material, and the thickness of the door steel plate also has different requirements.
