Project Challenge and solution:

In this project, Zonle doors company provided 356 Entrance Metal Exterior Front anti-theft Steel Security Main Doors and 1440 Interior Wood Plastic Composite Wpc Waterproof Door With White Pvc Door Skin. At the same time, Zonle doors company have been challenges.

Challenge : Multiple size requirements and complex doorway dimensions

The customer requested too many sizes, and the door opening size is complicated. The dimensions of the WPC door may not match the size of the door opening, resulting in incorrect installation.

Solution: Before placing the order for production, to ensure that the doors arrived with the correct door opening dimensions, Zonle Door Company held a video conference with the customer, a meeting which determined all the dimensions of the door openings. According to the dimensions of the door opening and the size requirements of the customer, we finally produced the following main sizes: 850*2050mm, 900*2100mm, 1000*2200mm ....

Product characteristics and quality:
