Project introduction: The project consists of 1 residential building and 1 commercial building: 38 floors with 349 units: 2 floors with 2 units, the total area of the project is 3026.4 square meters. Facilities at Noble State Sukhumvit 39 include a garage, playground/children's area, garden/BBQ area, gym, sauna, 24-hour security, and swimming pool.
Project Challenge and Solution:
In this project, Zonle doors company supplied 946pcs Prehung WPC Internal Door White Primer Moulded Doors With Door Frame and 685pcs Aluminum Framed Enclosure Interior Shower Swing Glass Door of a finished size measurement, production, delivery, door installation, and testing.
Challenge: Door installation conflicts with the construction of other decoration works.
Solution: Zonle doors company strengthens coordination and management, arranges workers to coordinate the various decoration works, track the progress, and solves the problems. Zonle Doors company hold regular coordination meetings to report progress and discuss solutions to ensure that the works are carried out in an orderly manner. Zonle doors company will also reasonably reserve some buffer time in the construction plan in case of possible unforeseen circumstances. This can avoid the door installation work being affected by the delay in the construction schedule.
Product characteristics and quality:
The project uses WPC Molded Door, also called WPC Skin Door, Wood Plastic Composite Door, with adjustable door frame (combined by the main cover and the payoff cover, through the payoff cover width cut to match different wall thicknesses), WPC Molded Door interior filled with XPS board, panel thickness of 2.5mm. This WPC Molded Door with white hinges, and black electronic locks.
The apartment-type bathroom accounted for a small area, so this project used a swing shower glass door, shower partition glass door relatively occupy less space, suitable for small areas of the shower, use of aluminum frames and floor spring hardware, the glass is a single layer of 8mm.
