Project introduction: Located on Yongtai Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, Yongtai Garden is a real estate project developed by Shanghai Yikai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. In terms of building layout, consider organically arranging multi-storey and small high-rise buildings together to form a dense spatial form and an orderly building skyline. A staggered 14-storey modular residence is arranged along Yongtai Road and integrated with the entrance plaza.

2.Project Challenge and solution:

The installation of the door conflicts with the construction of other renovation works. We strengthen coordination and management, arrange workers to coordinate various decoration projects, track progress and solve problems. We hold regular coordination meetings to report on progress and discuss solutions to ensure that projects are carried out in an orderly manner. We also reasonably reserve some time buffer in our construction plan in case of unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This can avoid affecting the door installation work due to the delay in the construction period. Through the above measures, the efficiency of decoration coordination can be improved, the occurrence of time delays and process conflicts can be reduced, and the door installation project can be carried out smoothly.

4. There are two types of WPC doors. One is Fully WPC door, another is WPC skin door. Today we are going to talk about the production process of fully WPC doors.

(1) Material Preparation: Select wood fibers or particles and plastic resin as the main raw materials. Wood fibers are usually sourced from sawdust, wood chips, or waste wood, while plastic resin is typically polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). These materials are mixed in specified proportions.

(2) Mixing: Place the wood fibers and plastic resin into a mixing machine for thorough blending. During this process, additives such as stabilizers, colorants, and UV inhibitors can be added to enhance the performance and appearance of the WPC material.

(3) Extrusion: Feed the well-mixed material into an extruder, where the machine heats and melts the material. The molten material is then extruded through a die to form continuous profiles resembling doors. The extruded profiles solidify through cooling.

(4) Door Panel Formation: Cut the cooled extruded profiles into the desired lengths to form door panels. The thickness and design of the door panels can be determined according to specific requirements and preferences.

(5) Frame Production: In addition to door panels, WPC doors also require frames. The frames are typically made from the same WPC material as the door panels. The production process for frames is similar to that of door panels, involving mixing, extrusion, and cooling.

(6) Assembly: Assemble the door panels and frames using adhesive or mechanical fasteners. At this stage, necessary hardware components such as hinges, handles, and locks are also installed.

(7) Finishing Treatment: After assembly, the WPC doors undergo finishing treatments such as sanding, painting, or applying protective coatings. These treatments enhance the appearance and durability of the doors.

(8) Quality Control: Throughout the production process, strict quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the fully extruded WPC doors meet the required standards and specifications. This may involve strength testing, dimensional accuracy, moisture resistance, and testing of other performance factors.

(9) Packaging and Distribution: Once passing the quality control inspections, the WPC doors are packaged and prepared for distribution to customers or construction sites.
