Project introduction: Vanke City, the project plans a total of 47 buildings: 22 in the south and 25 in the north. In addition, there are two Vanke shopping malls with a total area of about 100,000 square meters, which is equivalent to a city-level supporting commercial volume. The architectural style adopts a simple and lively modern style design, the color is mainly black, white and gray, simple and generous; Entire communities separate people and vehicles.

2.Project Challenge and solution:

The project required the production of 2570 WPC doors in one month, and the delivery time was urgent. In order to complete the delivery on time, we added 6 WPC door production lines to increase production capacity. At the same time, we adjust the working hours of our employees and increase production time by working overtime. In addition, we maintain close communication and collaboration with various functional departments such as production, purchasing, and sales to ensure the smooth flow of each link to improve work efficiency. We also refer to the production mode and experience of advanced enterprises to learn their efficient production and supply chain management methods. In the end, we complete the production and delivery within the time required by the customer under the premise of ensuring quality.

3.Compared to wooden doors, WPC doors have several advantages:

(1) Durability: WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) doors are made from a combination of wood fibers and thermoplastics, making them highly durable and resistant to wear and tear. They are more resistant to moisture, rot, and insect damage compared to wooden doors.

4.The installation process of WPC doors is generally divided into the following steps:

（1）Preparation: Before installing the WPC door, you need to check whether the door frame meets the size of the door and whether the door frame is vertical and horizontal. If it does not meet the requirements, adjustments need to be made to ensure the installation quality of the door.

（2）Install the door frame: first install the door frame at the door opening, and the door frame should be vertical and horizontal to ensure the smooth opening and closing of the door.

（3）Install the door leaf: put the door leaf into the door frame, adjust the position of the door leaf, and make the gap between the door leaf and the door frame even. After adjusting the position of the door leaf, use screws to fix the door leaf to the door frame.

（4）Install the door lock: Install the door lock on the door leaf, and the door lock should be kept level with the door leaf to ensure the normal use of the door lock.

（5）Adjust the door leaf: After installing the door lock, you need to adjust the position of the door leaf to make the gap between the door leaf and the door frame uniform, and the door leaf opening and closing smoothly.
