1. Project introduction:

Developed by Shanghai Lvyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Greentown is located at the junction of Yanggao Road and Pujian Road, about 1000 meters from Pudong Century Park and about 500 meters from Renji Hospital. Shanghai Greentown covers an area of 180,000 square meters, with a construction area of 470,000 square meters, complete apartment types, and five-bedroom as the main unit type. There are 32 buildings in the community, with a greening rate of 65% and a plot ratio of 2.50, and the property is managed by Shanghai Lvyu Property Management Co., Ltd. The community is composed of 10~30 floors of small high-rise and high-rise, the architectural style is elegant and atmospheric, and the shape is fashionable. There are subway stations and bus stops near the community, and the transportation is very convenient. There are schools, banks, hospitals, and shopping malls around to meet people's daily needs.

2. Project Challenge and solution:

In 2007, Zunle Doors undertook the production and installation of fire doors for this project, including 756 steel fire doors and 243 wooden fire doors. The project required a tight construction timeline, and we had to complete the dimensional measurement, production, delivery and installation of the door within 40 days. Due to the large flow of people in the residential area, we need to complete the renovation of the door in the shortest possible time to avoid inconvenience to residents. Solution: The construction unit adopts multi-shift construction and 24-hour continuous operation to ensure the compact construction period and the rapid progress of the construction schedule.

3. Product characteristics and quality:

Fire doors include steel fire doors and wooden fire doors. The door leaf and door frame of the steel fire door are made of steel, the surface is sprayed with fireproof paint or fireproof coating, and the door core is filled with refractory materials, such as rock wool, calcium silicate board, etc. The steel fire door is characterized by good fire performance, which can withstand thermal radiation and flame erosion for a certain period of time in a fire to ensure personnel evacuation and property safety. At the same time, the steel fire door has good impact resistance and pressure resistance. The door leaf and door frame made of steel have good impact resistance and compression resistance, and can withstand a certain range of external force impact to ensure the stability and safety of the door. In addition, the sealing performance of the steel fire door is good, which can effectively prevent the spread of fire smoke and harmful gases, and ensure the smooth and safe evacuation of personnel. Finally, steel fire doors have good durability. Door leaves and frames made of steel have a long service life.

The door leaf and frame of the wooden fire door are made of wood, and the door core is filled with refractory materials such as rock wool, calcium silicate board, etc. The fire performance of wooden fire doors is also very good. Compared with steel fire doors, wooden fire doors have better aesthetics. The door leaf of the wooden fire door is made of wood, with natural wood grain and color, which can be coordinated with the interior decoration and increase the aesthetics of the interior. In addition, wooden fire doors are lighter than steel fire doors and are easy to install and handle. 

4. Installation steps of fire doors:

(1). Measure the size of the door opening and confirm the size of the fire door required.

(2). Check the installation position of the door frame to ensure that it is vertical and horizontal. If necessary, use a spirit level to check.

(3). Install the door frame and fix it with screws or expansion bolts. Pay attention to the strength of the installation and ensure that the door frame is firm and stable.

(4). Install the door leaf into the door frame and adjust the gap between the door leaf and the frame to ensure that it is consistent and there are no large gaps.

(5). Install the hinges on the door frame and door leaf, and fix them with screws. Ensure that the hinges are installed horizontally and vertically, and that the door can be opened and closed smoothly.

(6). Install the lock and handle on the door leaf, and fix them with screws. Ensure that the lock and handle are installed in the correct position and that the door can be locked and unlocked smoothly.

(7). Install the door closer on the door frame and door leaf, and adjust the tightness and speed of the door closing to ensure that the door can be closed quickly and tightly.

(8). Install the door seal on the door frame and door leaf, and ensure that it is tightly sealed to prevent smoke and harmful gases from entering the room.

(9). Install the fireproof glass or fireproof window on the door leaf if necessary, and ensure that it meets the requirements of fire resistance and safety.
