2. Project Challenge and solution:

In this project, we provided 2367 wooden doors. At the same time, there have been challenges.

Wooden doors require regular maintenance and protection from weather conditions such as humidity, moisture, and temperature changes. Failure to address these factors can lead to decay, discoloration, or deformation. Applying protective finishes, such as varnish or paint, and following proper maintenance practices (e.g., periodic cleaning, sealing, and re-finishing) can help mitigate these challenges.

3. The production process of a wooden door typically involves the following steps:

4. Execution process: The installation steps of the wooden door are generally as follows: 

(1) Confirm the size and position of the door. Use the measuring tool inside the doorway to measure the width and height of the doorway, making sure that the size of the door matches the size of the opening, and that the position of the door is aligned with the opening. 

(2) Install the door frame. First place the door frame in the door opening, check if the door frame is horizontal and use screws to fix it to the wall. 

(3) Install the door leaf. Insert the door leaf into the door frame to make sure the door leaf matches the door frame perfectly. Use screws to secure the door leaf to the door frame. 

(4) Install door handles and locks. Depending on the type of door handle and lock, drill holes in the door leaf and install the door handle and lock. 

(5) Check whether the opening and closing of the door is normal. Make sure that the door can open and close smoothly and that the door leaf is not deformed or deformed.

(6) Adjust the position of the door. If the door is not completely horizontal or vertical, adjust the position of the door to ensure that the door matches the frame perfectly.
