Project introduction: Nanning Greenland Central Plaza is the main product line of the Greenland Group complex development project. The project was integrated into the scientific and reasonable layout of the concept of ‘smart town’ to create a symbiotic and complementary growth living environment of residence, work and shopping. The project covers Yongjie Huxiang Haipai block, high-end smart residential area, WE-WORK smart LOFT cluster, smart skyscraper office building, to create a commercial and residential city center complex. Covers an area of 190000 m²
Project Challenge and solution:
2017, Zonle Door undertook the Nanning Greenland Central Plaza Project with 1980pcs of Fire Rated Steel Door, 168pcs of Fire Rated Glass Door, 1250pcs of Fire Proof Window, 139pcs of 3hour Inorganic cloth fireproof rolling shutter door, and metal steel security front door.
Because it is a commercial and residential plaza center complex. It has complex special requirements for the style, size, material and surface treatment of steel fire doors. Our R&D developed and designed polished stainless steel fire doors, wood grain transfer steel fire rated door to meet the overall design requirements of the plaza, building office, and residential building. Meanwhile, the project involves fire doors, fire windows, and fire shutter doors of different sizes and materials. It is a difficult task. Zonle Doors reasonably allocated resources and over fulfilled the task, which was highly recognized by Greenland Group.
Steel fire doors include 30mins, 60mins, 90mins of 1800*2300mm, 1500*2100mm double leaf wood grain hot transfer metal steel fire door with anti-fire window, 1800*2300mm wood grain hot transfer metal fire door without glass window, 1500*2200mm stainless steel anti-fire glass door and 1200*2100mm/900*2100mm galvanized steel fire door. Fire doors are all with panic bar, door closer, hinges, fire rated door lock act. Fire door hardwares.
Steel security doors is 900*2050mm single leaf wood grain hot transfer security door.
Fire Proof Window is 90mins fire resistant, size of 1800*2500mm, 2100*2500mm Composite fireproof glass window.
Fireproof rolling shutter door was made by inorganic cloth, fire resistant time is 3hours.
