Seven Star New Town is a residential area built by Furong Real Estate Development Co, Ltd.The building area of the community is 272000㎡ , covering an area of 100000㎡ . It has 808 households and 16 buildings.
There is a bus station, two hospitals, eight kindergartens, one primary school and three middle schools near the community and a large supermarket less than 100 meters away from the community, which is convenient for residents' daily life.
Project Challenge and solution:
In this project, we had supplied 1000 steel entrance doors in a minimalist style. The total amount reached RMB 5,000,000.According to the requirements of customers, we suggested that they chose steel doors as entrance doors.Because it has many advantages in using steel doors as entrance doors.It can prevent moisture and ants.Steel doors are not as susceptible to the weather as wooden doors.The wood grain treatment technology adopted on the surface of steel door makes its color lifelike and natural and not easy to fade.
When we received 50% of the customer's deposit, we informed the factory to start production. It took one month to finally complete the production of 1000 customized doors.After 5 days, the product is delivered to the destination, and we had guided the installation.
