The project area is 19,808 square meters. The project blends perfectly with the charm of the Ping River. The project comes with various room types starting from studio size to 2 bedrooms, and every unit has been meticulously designed. Moreover, the project offers a full range of modern facilities such as a large swimming pool, fully-equipped fitness center, extensive garden, key card access, 24-hour security system, etc.

Project Challenge and solution:
