Project introduction:

Ronghe-Banshan Huafu are planned as a Plaza, Office Building, and High-rise residential building area of 430,000 square meters, enjoying the natural scenery of three major parks - Wuxiang lake park, Wuxiangling Forest Park and Liangfengjiang Forest Park, 30,000 square meters of new Asian style gardens, and five overlapping landscape gardens with a greening rate of up to 35%.Equipped with  kindergartens, surrounded by a number of Zhongyulong, Yinghua, Yudong, Xiutian, middle schools, to escort the growth of children.
The project adopts the classic ART-DECO architectural style to plan 14 high-rise residences and 1 bungalow, with transparent north and south, bright lighting.The first phase will grandly launch 68-143 ㎡ of various apartment types: 68 ㎡ exquisite 2 + 1 room suitable, suitable for self-occupation, 85㎡comfortable three-bedroom courtesy life, more 95㎡ four-bedroom to meet the two-child family, 113-143㎡ wide view of the four bedrooms to achieve elegant life.

Project Challenge and solution:

In this project, we supplied 815 fire doors of a finished size measurement, production, delivery, installation, and testing. The total amount reached RMB 2,524,500

Although this project consists of many difficulties, such as scattered project distribution, poor on-site construction equipment and narrow transportation roads,constructed multiple projects, centralized delivery, large quantities, and construction period urgently.

Solution:

1. The project management resources dispatch urgently,complete the on-site product quantity, specification, configuration statistics and specify the node schedule. Only the production line resources can be analyzed through Zonle operation management system to automatically complete the accurate production scheduling.
