Project introduction: Xinghui Garden is developed by Hangzhou Yuexiu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and is located in  Lin’an District No.123 Dayuan Rd Hangzhou City, Zhejiang, China. The community is well located, it is 500 meters from the Science and Technology City Station of Metro Line 16, and you can transfer to Line 3 and 5 to various areas of Hangzhou.There are swimming pools, fitness clubs, and basketball courts in the community. The center has 800 square meters of green landscape, and there is a small playground for children. The commercial facilities of the community are also complete, with 140,000 commercial complexes in Powerlong Plaza, 60,000 square meters in Yuexiu Xinghui Center, and a third-class general hospital in the hospital, all within 500 meters of the community.

2.Project Challenge and solution:  Due to the relatively humid climate of the city, the traditional wooden door has problems such as moisture, deformation, and perishability, and requires regular maintenance, which is heavy and expensive. Therefore, the community wanted to find a durable, environmentally friendly, low-maintenance door. We recommend using WPC doors instead of traditional wooden doors, because doing WPC doors is 100% waterproof, termite-proof, flame retardant, durable and strong. Therefore, they are suitable for both internal and external departments. In this project, Zonle Door supplied 1890 WPC doors of a finished size measurement, production, delivery, wpc door installation,and testing.

4.The installation process of WPC doors is generally divided into the following steps:

 (1) Preparation: Before installing the WPC door, you need to check whether the door frame meets the size of the door and whether the door frame is vertical and horizontal. If it does not meet the requirements, adjustments need to be made to ensure the installation quality of the door.

 (2) Install the door frame: first install the door frame at the door opening, and the door frame should be vertical and horizontal to ensure the smooth opening and closing of the door.

 (3) Install the door leaf: put the door leaf into the door frame, adjust the position of the door leaf, and make the gap between the door leaf and the door frame even. After adjusting the position of the door leaf, use screws to fix the door leaf to the door frame.

 (4) Install the door lock: Install the door lock on the door leaf, and the door lock should be kept level with the door leaf to ensure the normal use of the door lock.

  (5)Adjust the door leaf: After installing the door lock, you need to adjust the position of the door leaf to make the gap between the door leaf and the door frame uniform, and the door leaf opening and closing smoothly.
