Project introduction: Roman Homestead, the real estate covers an area of 210,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 600,000 square meters. The project is all planned to be built into 13-18 floors of small high-rises, supporting large clubhouses and 40,000 square meters of commercial plazas. The project is located at the southern end of the central axis of the new city in Guangzhou, with the construction of Metro Line 3 and the Hong Kong and Macau Passenger Terminal, making the Roman homeland the transportation center of the entire Pan-Pearl River Delta. It has convenient transportation, 10,000 acres of orchards, ecological parks and sports.

2.Project Challenge and solution:

For large-scale wooden door engineering projects, effective project management is required, including time schedule control, cost control, safety management and other aspects of work, which requires a professional project management team and systematic management process. Zonle Door is a professional and one of the largest door manufacturer in China. We have been focusing on manufacturing steel door, fire door, wooden door, WPC door for 20years. It hopes to keep on for 30years, 40years, 50years, 60years, 70years, 80years, and forever! We have four door industry bases located in Guangxi, Sichuan, Hubei and Zhejiang, the industry bases covers a total area of 900,000 square meters. In order to better control stable product quality, reduce production costs and shorten delivery time, we also invested in multiple door accessories workshops. In this project, we supplied 3689 wooden doors.

3. Product characteristics and quality:

There are many kinds of materials for wooden doors, and the common ones are the following:

(1) Solid wood door: Solid wood door refers to a door whose door leaf and door frame are made of solid wood. The solid wood door has the color and texture of natural wood, has a good texture and appearance, and also has good thermal insulation and sound insulation performance and fire performance.

(2) Composite door: composite door refers to the door leaf and door frame made of a combination of a variety of materials, common materials include solid wood, wood panels, MDF plates, etc. The composite door has high stability and moisture resistance, and also has good thermal insulation and sound insulation performance and fire performance.

(3) Solid wood clad door: Solid wood clad door refers to a door whose inner skeleton is made of medium density board or multi-layer board, and then pasted with solid wood finish on the outside. Solid wood clad doors have the color and texture of natural wood, while also providing good stability and moisture resistance.

(4) Lead door door: Lead door refers to the door leaf and door frame made of multi-layer plate combination, the surface of the door leaf is covered with wood grain or other decorative materials. The lead door has high stability and moisture resistance, and also has good fire performance.

The characteristics of wooden doors mainly include the following aspects:

4. Installation process: The installation steps of the wooden door are generally as follows:

(1) Confirm the size and position of the door. Use the measuring tool inside the doorway to measure the width and height of the doorway, making sure that the size of the door matches the size of the opening, and that the position of the door is aligned with the opening. 

(2) Install the door frame. First place the door frame in the door opening, check if the door frame is horizontal and use screws to fix it to the wall.

(3) Install the door leaf. Insert the door leaf into the door frame to make sure the door leaf matches the door frame perfectly. Use screws to secure the door leaf to the door frame.

(4) Install door handles and locks. Depending on the type of door handle and lock, drill holes in the door leaf and install the door handle and lock.

(5) Check whether the opening and closing of the door is normal. Make sure that the door can open and close smoothly and that the door leaf is not deformed or deformed.

(6) Adjust the position of the door. If the door is not completely horizontal or vertical, adjust the position of the door to ensure that the door matches the frame perfectly.
